Returns

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at teamshopo.com@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, Noctova will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a suitable solution.
Return Shipping
For general returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Noctova will cover the return shipping costs once the issue has been approved.

Refunds
